HOW DO I BUY AN ITEM?
To buy an item is simple and easy! Just click on your desired product, select the colour you like if that option is available and then select the size you’d like to buy it in. Click ‘Add to cart’ and the item will then be added to your shopping cart. You can then continue to shop our great selection of product by clicking ‘Continue shopping’, view your cart (View Cart) or go to the checkout (Checkout) to purchase your item. Products in your cart are not reserved for you so if it’s something you really like and want be sure to buy it quick before someone else snaps it up!
 
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please allow 5-10 working days to receive your order. If you have still not received it after 10 working days, please contact help@shopcosy.com with your order number and we’ll find out what’s happened to it.
 
I’VE RETURNED MY ITEM BUT NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND
Please allow 5-10 working days for your item to be received once you’ve sent it off. You’ll receive an e-mail once we’ve received it and process the refund. If after 10 working days you’ve still not received your refund please contact help@shopcosy.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
 
MY TRANSACTION IS NOT GOING THROUGH, WHAT CAN I DO?
  • First thing is to make sure you have enough funds in your accounts/the credit card you’re using
  • Second, double check that billing address you’ve input corresponds back to the card you’re using.
  • Third, ensure you’ve entered the correct CVC number from your card.
  • Check your cards’ speed limit, have you just made several purchases at other sites within a short period of time? Your bank might think its fraudulent activity and block your card.
 
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Go to your account, view your orders, then select the order you’d like to cancel and click on that option. We’ll do the rest for you and refund your money if we’ve already taken it or halt the transaction if not.
